a couple weeks ago My husband and i pulled a trimerge at our mortgage lender. My husbands scores were 592 618 644. Today I enrolled in credit monitoring and his scores were 611 627 628. How accurate are these scores if the lender would pul them again? DO the scores vary depending on who pulls them or will the scores he pulls be the same on our credit monitoring report?

I know they vary from each reporting bureau I want to know if they vary depending on what type of company pulls the report

all the major credit reporting agency’s have different ways of calculating your credit score. So the scores will vary. So depending on what agency your lender is using, you score will vary.

They will not be the same.

Mortgage people pull what’s called a factual report which is different then the regular report you get from your monitoring service.

Just like car dealers and lenders pull what’s called a auto enhanced report which is different then either of the other two.

None of the three types of reports will have the same scores.

Factual and auto enhanced are not available to the general public.
