    I’d start with the police. Credit card fraud is big business, and the police are doing what they can to catch the fraudsters. Your local police station won’t deal with it themselves, but will guide you where to go.

    I hope you cancelled all your credit cards and got different ones, just the same as if you had lost your own. I am wondering if somehow there has been identity theft, where someone else has got another credit card in your name? Check it out fast. Even contacting the headquarters of this other credit card might get it stopped. They too are interested in catching thieves.

    run your credit report at annualcreditreport.com.
    your identity may have been stolen to commit c/c fraud.
