All you need is an account with a payment gateway. The payment gateway service is run separately and it has nothing to do with your host, you will have to contract a pament gateway service separately.
What gateway to pick? It depends, do you want the money to go directly in your bank account? Then you should contact your bank and see if they offer gateway services for websites directly or if they work with a particular service (if the bank has a relation with a gateway service, this is easier since usually this implies only a monthly fixed fee, not a % tax on your sales).
